Chef Krauss set at Adaland
PHILIPPI – “A truly mouthwatering meal will be awaiting our guests at the season’s final Celebrate Local! dinner at Adaland on Sunday, Oct. 9,” according to an Adaland spokesperson.
Guest Chef Geoff Krauss of Weston’s Thyme Bistro will prepare the special four-course dinner. His menu, according to Adaland, “is a definite winner!” The dinner will begin with roasted butternut squash and apple bisque with ginger brandy cream. Next, guests will be treated to autumn greens with poached pear, candied walnuts and sesame raisin vinaigrette. Taking center stage for the meal will be slow braised beef short ribs with polenta and oven roasted carrots. Chef Geoff will top off the dinner with a pumpkin creme brulee.
