Russell and Natasha Linger of Huttonsville announce the birth of a daughter, born at 11:58 p.m. April 24, 2019, in Davis Medical Center. The infant weighed 8 pounds, 12 ounces and has been named Emma Rose Linger. The mother is the former Natasha Chantel Fletcher. Maternal grandparents are Carl and Tangi Fletcher of Kingwood. Paternal grandparents are Russell Linger III and Cindy Linger-Long Great-grandparents are Russell Linger Jr, Betty Linger, William Largen and Mary Largen.
