Pendleton Point at Blackwater Falls State Park in Davis was the picturesque October outdoor setting for the marriage of Jennifer Nicole Walker of Charleston and Bradley Buck Carroll, formerly of Elkton, Md.

The matron of honor was Katie Russell of Davis, and serving his brother as best man was Dr. Brent Carroll of Portland, Ore. Officiating at the wedding was Dan Sullivan of Davis.

Serving the couple as the ring bearer was Foster Carroll, a nephew of the bridegroom, and the flower girls were Addison Burdette and Davi Burdette, nieces of the bride, and Madison Whary and Sophia Whary, nieces of the bridegroom. The music for the wedding was provided by Seneafrica, whose members, Ibrahima Ba and Amadou Fall, are friends of the bride and is based out of San Diego, Calif. The flutist was Casey James, a family friend from Petersburg.

The bride is a graduate of West Virginia University and received a master’s degree in acupuncture and herbal medicine from the Oregon School of Oriental Medicine in Portland, Ore. She also served two years in Gabon, Africa, with the Peace Corps. She is the daughter of Thomas and Brenda Walker of Charleston.

The bridegroom is a graduate of Davis & Elkins College with a degree in outdoor recreation management and tourism, and a graduate of the East West College of Healing Arts located in Portland, Ore. He is the son of Robert and Ruthalee Carroll of Elkton, Md.

They are living in Davis where they are owners and operators of Allegheny Holistic Health Care Center.
