Mr. and Mrs. Nolan Thomas James King
Kevin and Debbie Lawrence of Harman announce the marriage of their daughter, Kristy Lynn Lawrence, to Nolan Thomas James King, son of Dr. James and Kathy King of Hebron, Ky. The wedding took place June 21 on the bride’s family farm in Harman.
Pastor Ric Lewellen officiated the rustic, outdoor wedding.
The bridesmaid’s bouquets were made from the bride’s grandmother’s lace tablecloths. The bride’s bouquet was provided by Tammy’s Floral of Elkins. The wedding cake and cupcakes were made by Enchanted Cookies, Cakes and More. Photography was by Kate Fisher of Huntington.
Maids of honor were Sierra Kile, cousin of the bride, and Jessica Willey and Jamee Mayberry, friends of the bride. Bridesmaids were Lindsay Mitchell, Kayla Jack, Lisa Reeves and Laura Bruno, friends of the bride.
Best men were Justin King and Ryan King, brothers of the groom, and Ryan Schwarz, friend of the bridegroom. Groomsmen were Travis Lawrence, brother of the bride; Zach Ruehl, Andrew Nguyen and Steve Jaslow, friends of the bridegroom.
Flower girl was Emily King, niece of the bridegroom. Ring bearer was Nathan King, nephew of the bridegroom. Junior groomsmen were Owen King and Aidan King, nephews of the bridegroom.
The reception took place at the Canaan Valley Bear Paw Lodge. The couple was escorted there by the bride’s parents in an antique 1956 Chevy, which was purchased new by the bride’s great-great-grandfather.

The bride graduated from Harman High School and from Wheeling Jesuit University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and Webster University with a master’s degree in business and leadership. She is a manager at Mizner Country Club in Delray Beach, Fla.
The bridegroom graduated from Oak Hills High School in Cincinnati, Ohio, and from Wheeling Jesuit University with a bachelor’s degree in business management. He is a sales representative for Residential Elevators.
They reside in sunny West Palm Beach, Fla.
