Tucker County 10th-graders visit PSC

KEYSER — Tenth-graders from Tucker County High School  recently visited Potomac State College of West Virginia University. Their time on campus included learning about admissions, financial aid and scholarship opportunities, academic offerings, housing and residence life.

They sat in on a biology demonstration presented by biology professors Vicki Huffman, Ph.D. and Sheri Chisholm, Ph.D. Students toured campus, were informed of library services, enjoyed prize giveaways and lunch in the cafeteria.

Coordinating the visit were: PSC Admissions Counselor Lesley Stark, Dave Ruediger, TCHS biology teacher, TCHS Guidance Counselor Kim Johnson, TCHS teacher Robyn Nestor, and Assistant Principal and CTE Director at TCHS Stephen Cosner.
