Barbour Chamber taps Members of the Month

PHILIPPI — LifeTite Metal Products and Bialek Insurance are the Barbour County Chamber of Commerce Members of the Month in October. Karen Bialek is the owner of family-owned Bialek Insurance. Josh Koepsel is the manager of the LifeTite Metal Products plant in Belington.

LifeTite Metal Products manufactures metal roofing, metal siding and trim components for the residential, commercial and agriculture markets and has two roll-forming and fabrication facilities in West Virginia, in Belington and Kenna.

The company is in its second decade of operation.

Koepsel is a native of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, was raised in Elkview and earned his bachelor’s degree at West Virginia State University. He may be reached at 304-823-3771 or at www.lifetite.com. LifeTite is located at 131 Industrial Park in

Bialek Insurance Agency has been selling and serving Nationwide Insurance products in West Virginia since 1982. Bialek Insurance began operations in Elkins in a single location and, after 35 years, has expanded into four other counties with the main office being in Elkins with others in Belington, Marlinton, Flatwoods/Sutton and Gassaway.

Bialek is a native of Elkins, a graduate of Elkins High School and attended Davis & Elkins College. She is a member of the board of directors of the Mountain State Forest Festival — which she served as director general — and of the Barbour County Chamber of Commerce. She is a member of the Belington Merchants Association, Polar Express, Beta Sigma Phi Sorority and was co-founder of Mothers of Angels. She was elected Business Woman of the Year in 2016.
