Officials discover meth lab in Tucker
Tucker County law enforcement officers discovered a meth lab at a home in Parsons this week after following up on an anonymous tip, officials said.
A search warrant was served Wednesday by the Tucker County Sheriff ‘s Office and the West Virginia State Police at 103 Church Hill Lane, according to a press release from Sheriff Brian Wilfong Thursday.
The precursors of a methamphetamine lab were found at the residence, along with a small amount of marijuana and other drug paraphernalia, the release stated.
Wilfong said no arrests had been made and the investigation is ongoing.
The Parsons Volunteer Fire Department responded at the scene to provide breathing apparatus and chemical suits, Wilfong said.
