Fugitive couple arrested in Ohio

A Huntington couple is being held without bail in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail after being arrested last week in Ohio.

An arrest warrant had been issued in May for Larry Brian Talkington, 49, and Regina Lee Talkington, 40, both of 2728 Fifth St., after they failed to appear for their May 30 arraignment in Barbour County Circuit Court. Judge Alan Moats also revoked their $5,000 bonds.

They are scheduled to be arraigned July 10 in Barbour County Circuit Court.

Larry Talkington was indicted by a grand jury on felony charges of first-degree arson, grand larceny, burglary and conspiracy. Regina Talkington was similarly indicted on charges of grand larceny, burglary and conspiracy.

A third person allegedly involved in the case, Brandi Nicole Schoolcraft, 25, of Buckeye, appeared for her arraignment on two felony counts of burglary, three felony counts of conspiracy and one felony count of grand larceny. She was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
