Buckhannon man’s release revoked
A Buckhannon man’s supervised release has been revoked for violating terms and conditions imposed by the United States District Court.
Tobias L. Bennett, 40, was sentenced to 12 months and 1 day in prison for failure to answer truthfully all inquiries of the probation officer, failure to notify probation officer of change in residence or employment, failure to participate in drug and alcohol treatment, possession of controlled substances, excessive use of alcohol and frequenting places where controlled substances are illegal used.
Bennett was originally sentenced on Dec. 22, 2009, to 46 months in prison and three years of supervised release for conspiracy to possess equipment and chemicals to manufacture methamphetamine. Bennett was remanded to the custody of the United States Marshal pending designation to a federal institution.
