Upshur grand jury hands up indictments

BUCKHANNON – An Upshur County grand jury returned 25 indictments on Monday. Seven indictments involve various drug charges, including Travis Wade Frame, 43, of Rock Cave, who was indicted on charges involving methamphetamine.

Frame was named in two separate indictments. The first includes felony counts of operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, possession of a precursor used to manufacture methamphetamine and two counts of conspiracy.

A second indictment charges Frame with felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance and delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school.

Other indictments include:

– John Ellis Frame, 40, of Rock Cave was indicted on one felony count of operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory.

– Dereck Adam Cobb, 23, of Buckhannon, is facing three felony counts of delivery of a controlled

substance.

– Stewart Mullens, 35, of Buckhannon, was indicted for operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, possession of precursor used to manufacture methamphetamine and two counts of conspiracy, all felonies.

– Terry Lee Duke, 29, of Buckhannon, is charged with operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory and conspiracy, both felonies.

– Sandra Marie Williams, 34, of St. Albans, is charged with operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory and conspiracy, both felonies.

– Sydney King, 20, of Buckhannon, was named for three felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance, heroin.

– Steven Todd Arnold, 24, of Buckhannon, was indicted on one felony count of grand larceny.

– Robert James Adams, 36, of Kingwood, was named in a one count felony indictment for driving while license revoked for DUI, third or subsequent offense.

– Robert Nicholson Poling, 73, of Adrian, was charged with one felony count of failure to provide notice of change in sex offender registry information, a felony.

– Terry Linn Norman, 56, was named for two counts of failure to provide notice of change in sex offender registry information, both felonies.

– Alicia Chantell Zinn, 26, of Volga was indicted for grand larceny, a felony, two counts of misdemeanour petit larceny, one count of felony conspiracy and two counts of misdemeanour conspiracy.

– Steven Roderick Smith, 19, of Virginia Beach, Va., was name for one felony count of unlawful assault.

– James Alan Linville Jr., 30, of Charleston, was named for one felony count of grand larceny and a misdemeanour count of petit larceny.

– Frank A. Harvey, 36, of Buckhannon, was named in a one count felony indictment for driving while license revoked for DUI, third or subsequent offense. Harvey also was named in a second indictment with the same charge.

– David Wallis Sites III, 34, of Buckhannon, was indicted for one count of grand larceny, a felony.

– Deborah Ball, 42, of Bridgeport, was named in a one count indictment for embezzlement, a felony.

– Michael R. Long, 24, of Rock Cave, was indicted for burglary, breaking and entering and grand larceny, all felonies. Long was named in a second indictment for grand

larceny.

– Zachary Scott Shreve, 23, of Reedsville, was indicted for one felony count of malicious assault.

_ Jedadia Stump 27, of Buckhannon, was indicted for domestic battery, third or subsequent offense, malicious assault and escape, all felonies.

– David L. Stewart, 50, of Buckhannon, was charged with one felony count of failure to provide notice of change in sex offender registry information, a felony.

– Lloyd R. Nicholson, 29, of Buckhannon, was charged with one felony count of failure to provide notice of change in sex offender registry information, a felony.

All those who were indicted are scheduled to appear in Upshur County Circuit Court at 9 a.m., Monday for arraignments. Indictments are mere accusations and all individuals are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
