The youth winner is 11-year-old Madison Short, the adult winner is Tessa Garver-Daniels and the Elkins-Randolph County YMCA won in the organization category. The YMCA pumpkin was painted by Jordan Hart but the award was accepted by YMCA Childcare Coordinator Joanie Murphy. Each winner received a $25 gift certificate from The Delmonte Market. The next Main Street event will be the downtown trick or treat from 5 to 6 p.m. Oct. 27 at participating businesses.
