Charges dismissed against local woman
ELKINS — Charges were dismissed against a Barbour County woman who was charged after allegedly embezzling money from the business where she was employed.
Valarie Lynnette Fenstermaker, 48, of Belington, had been charged with one felony count of embezzlement.
Randolph County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Leckta Poling represented the state while Fenstermaker appeared with Steve Nanners as defense counsel. Randolph County Magistrate Rob Elbon presided.
