Lewis County grand jury hands down indictments

WESTON — Two groups of indictments were handed down by a Lewis County grand jury with charges ranging from sexual abuse and malicious assault to robbery and child abuse.

Indictments handed down in Group A include:

• Sierra Nicole Lockhart, 20, of Weston, was indicted on one felony count of sexual assault in the third degree.

• Cody Allen Richards, 23, of Alum Bridge, was indicted on two felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, within 1,000 feet of a school and one felony count of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance, methamphetamine, within 1,000 feet of a school.

• Joshua Ryan McGuire, 31, or Weston, was indicted on two felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, within 1,000 feet of a school and one felony count of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance, methamphetamine, within 1,000 feet of a school.

• Jessika Kay Henline, 47, of Weston, was indicted on two felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance — methamphetamine and one felony count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver — methamphetamine.

• Jamie Freda Persinger, 35, of Orma, was indicted on two felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance — methamphetamine and one felony count of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance — methamphetamine.

• Christopher Scott Linger, 47, of Weston, was indicted on two felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance — methamphetamine.

• Steven Nicholas Lockhart, 26, of Weston, was indicted on two felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance — methamphetamine and one felony count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver — methamphetamine.

• Joshua Alan Osborne, 29, of Farmington, was indicted on one felony count of delivery of a controlled substance — methamphetamine and one felony count of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance — methamphetamine.

• Joshua Dalton Donnellan, 22, of Weston, was indicted on one felony count of delivery of a controlled substance — methamphetamine and one felony count of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance — methamphetamine.

• Amber Dawn Lowther, 32, of Walkersville, was indicted on one felony count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver — methamphetamine, one felony count of driving while license suspended, third offense, one misdemeanor count of no required security, one misdemeanor count of improper use of evidences of registration, and one misdemeanor count of operations without certificate or failure to produce certificate.

• Derek James Greenleaf, 31, of Jane Lew, was indicted on two felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance — Buprenorphine.

• Timothy Aaron Ringer, 31, of Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, was indicted on one felony count of robbery in the first degree and one felony count of conspiracy to commit robbery in the first degree.

• Robbie Edward Brown, 33, of Orlando, was indicted on one felony count of malicious assault.

• Josh Jackson Carder, 38, of Weston, was indicted on one felony count of driving while in an impaired state, third offense, one felony count of fleeing from an officer under the influence of alcohol, controlled substances or drugs, and one felony count of fleeing with reckless indifference.

• Cody Duane Whiting, 27, of LeRoy, was indicted on one felony count of fleeing with reckless indifference.

• Erica Breanne Markley, 32, of Weston, was indicted on four felony counts of fraudulent use of access device, one felony count of obtaining money by false pretenses, five felony counts of forgery and five felony counts of uttering.

• Tobais Aaron Nance, 22, of Wayne, Michigan, was indicted on two felony counts of fraudulent use of access device and two felony counts of conspiracy to commit fraudulent use of access device.

• Charles Thomas Marsh Sr., 57, of Weston, was indicted on two felony counts of fraudulent use of access device.

• Phillip Wade Radcliff, 39, of Weston, was indicted on one felony count of domestic battery, third offense.

• Donald Glenn Harper, 41, of Spelter, was indicted on one felony count of shoplifting, third offense.

Bond return hearings for those indicted in Group A will take place at 9 a.m. on July 13 at the Lewis County Judicial Annex Circuit Courtroom in Weston.

Indictments handed down in Group B include:

• Quincy Javaugh Jennings, 28, of Waynesburg, was indicted on one felony count of robbery in the first degree, one felony count of conspiracy to commit robbery in the first degree and one felony count of use or presentation of a firearm during commission of a felony.

• Justin Reed Butcher, 24, of Weston, was indicted on three felony counts of child abuse resulting in injury.

• David Neal Hicks, 55, of Weston, was indicted on three felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, within 1,000 feet of a school and one felony count of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance, methamphetamine, within 1,000 feet of a school.

• Billie Jo Lowther, 39, of Weston, was indicted on three felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance — methamphetamine.

• Hannah Celest Wickline, 19, of Weston, was indicted on one felony count of delivery of a controlled substance — methamphetamine and one felony count of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance — methamphetamine.

• Dana Erik Anderson, 27, of Hundred, was indicted on one felony count of delivery of a controlled substance — methamphetamine and one felony count of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance — methamphetamine.

• Chasity Marie Knapp, 41, of Jane Lew, was indicted on two felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance — methamphetamine.

• Bridgett Elaine Simons, 21, of Weston, was indicted on two felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance, oxycodone.

• David Lynn Pickens, 62, of Ireland, was indicted on two felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance, marijuana.

• Joshua Alton Sandy, 34, of Weston, was indicted on one felony count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver — methamphetamine, one felony count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver — marijuana and one felony count of felon in possession of a firearm.

• Brent Edwin Radcliff II, 34, of Weston, was indicted on one felony count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver — methamphetamine.

• Daisy Mae Hall Bleigh, 38, of Weston, was indicted on one felony count of driving while license revoked for DUI, third offense, one felony count of delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, within 1,000 feet of a school and one felony count of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance, methamphetamine, within 1,000 feet of a school.

• Jessica Mae Keith, 27, of Orma, was indicted on one felony count of delivery of a controlled substance — methamphetamine and one felony count of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance — methamphetamine.

• Keaton Paul Chipps, 19, of Walkersville, was indicted on one felony count of nighttime burglary.

• Mitchell Alan Chenoweth, 46, of Frametown, was indicted on 47 felony counts of fraudulent use of access device and one felony count of embezzlement.

• Stacie Leigh McLean, 45, of Clarksburg, was indicted on one felony count of grand larceny.

• Nicholas Grant Cutlip, 54, of Weston, was indicted on one felony count of retaliation against public officers and employees.

• Denolius Razor Phillips, 22, of Sutton and Inkster, Michigan, was indicted on two felony counts of fraudulent use of access device and two felony counts of conspiracy to commit fraudulent use of access device.

• Edgar Arnette Boggs, 44, of Charleston, was indicted on one felony count of forgery and one felony count of uttering.

• William Thomas Knight II, 38, of Weston, was indicted on three felony counts of failure to provide a change in information under the Sex Offender Registration Act, second offense.

• Steven Jennings Harvey, 47, of Buckhannon, was indicted on one felony count of driving while license revoked for DUI, third offense.

Bond return hearings for those indicted in Group B will take place at 9 a.m. on July 18 at the Lewis County Judicial Annex Circuit Courtroom in Weston.

The cases were presented by Prosecutor Christina C. Flanigan. Circuit Court Judge Kurt W. Hall presided.

An indictment is merely an accusation. All defendants are presumed innocent until and unless they are proven guilty.
