Felony charge against Elkins man dismissed

ELKINS — A felony charge against a Randolph County man has been dismissed.

Kenny Fleming, 50, of Elkins, has been charged with one felony count of grand larceny; however, Randolph County Chief Magistrate George M. “Mike” Riggleman ruled there was no probable cause for the arrest during a preliminary hearing.

Randolph County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Leckta Poling represented the state while Fleming appeared with James E. Hawkins Jr. as defense counsel. Riggleman presided.
