Upshur grand jury hands down indictments

BUCKHANNON — A Buckhannon man accused of six counts of sexual assault in the first degree is one of 41 indictments handed down by an Upshur County grand jury.

Joshua Brown, 35, was indicted for six counts of sexual assault in the first degree, 10 counts of sexual abuse in the first degree and two counts of distribution and exhibiting of material depicting minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct.

Others indicted by a Upshur County grand jury include:

Mario J. Green, 28, of Columbus, Ohio was indicted on four counts of child neglect creating substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury.

Camron Ray Silman, 25, of Buckhannon, was indicted on one count of driving under the influence of alcohol for a third or subsequent offense.

Steven Graham Milligan, 25, of Buckhannon, was indicted on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance (marijuana) for remuneration within 1,000 feet of a school.

Robert Allen Gibson, 29, of Buckhannon, was indicted on one count of delivery of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) within 1,000 feet of a school.

James D. Jackson, 35, of Buckhannon, was indicted on one county of child neglect creating substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury.

Randi D. Jackson, 30, of Buckhannon, was also indicted on one county of child neglect creating substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury.

Joseph A. Haislip, 26, of Buckhannon, was indicted on nine counts of fraudulent use of an access device.

Leslie Ann Ramsey, 34, of Gassaway, was indicted on one count of shoplifting for a third offense.

Brooke Victoria McCutchan, 20, of Buckhannon, was indicted on three counts of delivery of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and two counts of conspiracy.

Christopher Michael Confere, 22, of Buckhannon, was indicted on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and two counts of conspiracy.

Daisy Mae Bleigh, aka Anderson, aka Hall, 38, of Buckhannon, was indicted on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), one count of driving while license revoked for DUI for a third or subsequent offense and one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

Ian Vee Wooden, 31, of Buckhannon, was indicted on three counts of delivery of a controlled substance (marijuana) for remuneration within 1,000 feet of a school, three counts of conspiracy and one count of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) with intent to deliver.

Taryn Ann Wooden, 28, of Buckhannon, was indicted two counts of delivery of a controlled substance (marijuana) for remuneration within 1,000 feet of a school, three counts of conspiracy and one count of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) with intent to deliver for remuneration.

James E. Bailey, 56, of Rock Cave, was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) with intent to deliver.

Devan Terry Hinchman, 23, of Buckhannon, was indicted on two counts of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and one count of conspiracy.

In a separate and unrelated indicted, Hinchman was indicted on one count of delivery of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and one count of conspiracy.

Brett Steven Hoover, 19, of Buckhannon, was indicted on one count of conspiracy, one count of petit larceny and one count of delivery of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).

In a separate and unrelated indictment, Hoover was indicted for one count of delivery of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and one count of conspiracy.

George Michael Simmons, 30, of Buckhannon, was indicted on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance (buphrenorphine) and two counts of conspiracy.

Tiffany Brook Day, 30, of Buckhannon, was indicted on one count of delivery of a controlled substance (buphrenorphine) and two counts of conspiracy.

Connor Bryan McCauley, 28, of Buckhannon, was indicted on two counts of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).

Henry Henline, 60, of Buckhannon, was indicted on two county of delivery of a controlled substance (marijuana) for remuneration.

Joseph Wagner, 36, of Buckhannon, was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) with intent to deliver and one count of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) with intent to deliver for remuneration.

Rebecca Glover, 35, of Buckhannon, was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) with intent to deliver and one count of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) with intent to deliver for remuneration.

Bobby Lee Wolford, 28, of Buckhannon, was indicted on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).

In a separate and unrelated indicted, Wolford was indicted on one count of grand larceny.

Teresa Diane Khan, 55, of Buckhannon, was indicted on 13 counts of obtaining a controlled substance by means of fraud, forgery or deception.

Brianna Grace Moreland, 28, of Buckhannon, was indicted on one count of fraudulent scheme, four counts of forgery and three counts of uttering.

Cody Evan Hosaflook, 27, of French Creek, was indicted on one count of fraudulent scheme, two counts of forgery and three counts of uttering.

Samantha Lynn Wilmoth, 32, of Buckhannon, was indicted on 13 counts of fraudulent use of an access device.

Edward Tussey, 34, of Rock Cave, was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) with intent to deliver, one count of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) with intent to deliver for remuneration and two counts of possessing a controlled substance.

James Robert Fisher, 35, of French Creek, was indicted on one count of fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference to the safety of others.

In a separate and unrelated indicted, Fisher was indicted on a one count of grand larceny, one count of conspiracy and one count of fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference to the safety of others.

Patrick Slade Chapman, 29, of French Creek, was indicted on one count of grand larceny and one count of conspiracy.

Joel Grayson Haymond, 31, of Buckhannon, was indicted on one count of fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference to the safety of others.

Robert James Taylor, 31, of Weston, was indicted on one count of prohibited person in possession of a firearm and one count of a prohibited person in possession of a concealed firearm.

Christopher Michael Confere, 22, of Buckhannon, was indicted on one count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (marijuana) for remuneration.

Samuel Edward Tenney, 39, of Tallmansville, was indicted on two counts of wanton endangerment and one count of brandishing a deadly weapon.

McKenley R. Lindsay, 24, of Weston, was indicted on two counts of fraudulent use of an access device.

Larry Wayne Gregory, 52, of Adrian, was indicted on one count of failure to update sex offender registry, life registrant for the second or subsequent offense.

An indictment is merely an accusation. All defendants are presumed innocent until and unless they are proven guilty.
