Matthew Hall

Matthew Jesse Hall, 44, a resident of Elkins, passed away Thursday, March 14, 2013, in Hospice Care Inpatient Unit in Elkins.

He was born May 6, 1968, at Prince George, Md., a son of the late Billy Eugene and Maxine Morningstar Hall.

He was married to Patricia Louise Sarvis Hall, who preceded him in death April 7, 2006.

Surviving are two sons, Kristopher Hall of Elkins and Charles Anthony “Tony” Sarvis of Tampa, Fla.; and one daughter, Jessica Gassnola and husband, Ethan, of Elkins. Two brothers, Tony Hall and Joe Hall of Fredericksburg, Va.; two grandchildren, Bailee Louise Gassnola and Audrey Nicole Sarvis also survive. Matthew will be missed by many friends and family.

Matthew was cremated and inurned with his wife, Patricia Hall, in a unity urn where they will rest side by side together for eternity. “Marriage was not just a life-long promise, but an eternal commitment never to be tarnished in this life or the next.”

Mr. Hall was born May 6, 1968, in Maryland, a son of the late Billy and Barbara Morningstar Hall.

Surviving are one daughter, Jessica Gassanola; and one son, Kristopher Hall.
