Charlotte Genevieve Bennett, 65, of Kesling Ridge, Buckhannon, died Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2013, in St. Joseph’s Hospital.
She was born May 30, 1948, in Buckhannon, a daughter of the late Ronald and Montana Wright Ball.
On May 3, 1969, she married Gene P. Bennett, who survives.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Rhonda Bennett, of Buckhannon; one son, Christopher Bennett of Buckhannon; two sisters, Naomi Fortney and husband, Bob, and Ilene Marsh and husband, Bill, all of Buckhannon; three brothers, Danny Ball, Harold Ball and companion, Carolyn Karickhoff, and Jacob Ball and wife, Thelma, all of Buckhannon; one sister-in-law, Sandra Ball of Buckhannon; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one brother, Jimmy Ball. She was a member of God’s House of Deliverance and had retired from Thompson’s Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician. Friends will be received at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home Friday, Oct. 11, 2013 from 4-8 p.m. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev.
