Alexander Halle

Alexander Mason Halle, infant, passed away Feb. 24, 2014, in the arms of his loving parents, Shane and Vanessa Kaposy Halle of Elkins. He came into this world at 1:59 a.m. in Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, where he spent two beautiful hours in his parents’ warm embrace. Xander was the answer to their prayers, and they awaited his arrival with joyful expectations.

Xander is survived by his paternal grandparents, Shawn and Shirley Halle of Buckhannon as well as his maternal grandparents, Matthew Higgins and Rebecca Kaposy Higgins of Elkins. He is also survived by many loving family members including great-grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. Though his time on earth was short, Xander was surrounded by love, touched so many lives and will be forever in the hearts of his family.

“There is no footprint so small that it cannot leave an imprint on this world.”

“For a brief and fleeting moment, an angel touched the ground;

With tiny wings and halo, and sweet, soft angel sounds.

Blessing the lives of others, in beauty and in grace;

Those who saw the angel knew God had kissed his tiny face.

The angel came for reasons we may not understand;

A journey brief, with no gifts so great, and guided by God’s hand.

So, rest now tiny angel, your work on Earth is through:

In the beauty of God’s perfect love we say His gift in you”

Alexander’s families request for cremation was honored.
