She was a lifetime member of the Ladies Auxiliary Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 410, and Daughters of the American Revolution James Barbour Chapter. She had formerly worked for Edith Cakes, and earlier in her years, she was co-owner of two bakeries, one located in Belington and one located in Philippi. She was a Baptist by faith. Faye was an avid QVC shopper and collected the Joan River’s Bee collection; she enjoyed cooking for her family and spending time with all of them together. The family would like to send out a special thank you to Michael A. Stewart, medical director for radiation and oncology and staff at the UHC while Faye was receiving treatment for all of their help and compassion the family received.

Per Faye’s request, a private family visitation will be conducted at Talbott Funeral Home, 56 N. Brandenburg St. in Belington from 6-8 p.m. today.
