Larry G. Vaught

VAUGHT

Larry G. Vaught, 75, of Buckhannon, departed this life on Dec. 4, 2016, at Ruby Memorial Hospital following a lengthy illness.

He was born April 19, 1941, in Alloy, the son of the late Conard H. and Edna Mamoran Vaught.

On Sept. 2, 1966, he married Linda Jane Waugh Vaught, who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Samuel Alan Vaught and Joseph Edward Vaught and wife, Michelle, of Buckhannon; one daughter, Janna Vaught Adams and husband, Marc, of Buckhannon; six grandsons, Jaric Rich, Dalton, Zachary and Spencer Vaught and Cade and Jamison Gambrazzio, all of Buckhannon; one step-grandson, Marc Tyler Adams, of Buckhannon; one sister, Jan L. Adams and husband, William, of Plantation, Fla.; one brother-in-law, Jerry Waugh and wife, Linda; and several loved nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one sister, Judy May and husband, Corbet, of Harrisonburg, Va.

Larry was a Christian by faith, a loving husband, father and grandfather and a friend to many.

He loved hunting, fishing, camping and working with horses. He worked at Moore Business Forms for 30 years and at the Natural Wildlife Center in French Creek for eight years.

Friends will be received Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2016, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with Curtis Bauske, Carlton Schooley and Kevin Naillieux officiating.

Burial will follow in the Heavner Cemetery in

Buckhannon.
