Linda Armstrong Dulaney, 72, of Marlinton, passed away Sunday,

May 7, 2017, in University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville, Virginia, following surgery and complications thereafter.

Born March 17, 1945, at Sacred Heart Hospital in Richwood, she was the daughter of the late Jacob “Lavere” Bleigh and Madeline Brown Bleigh of Craigsville.

Linda was a homemaker and loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was an active member of Edray United Methodist Church where she served as a Sunday school teacher and youth group leader for many years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Mitchell Bleigh; a sister Dorothy Barker; and a twin sister, Beverly, who died at birth.

She is survived by husband, Arnold Dulaney; and three children from a previous marriage to Dale C. Armstrong, Tammy Hively and husband, Curtis, of Green Bank, Donna Dombek and husband, Andrew, of Ischua, New York, and David Armstrong and wife, Tonja, and children Ethan and Jessica of Hillsboro. She is also survived by a brother, Benjamin Bleigh of Craigsville; stepchildren, Michelle Holbrook and Chris Dulaney; and many much-loved nieces and nephews, church family and friends.

A memorial service will be at Edray United Methodist Church Saturday, May 13, at 1 p.m.
