COCHRAN

Carl Vaughn Cochran, of Warrenton, Missouri, passed away March 9, 2019, due to a car accident.

Carl was born April 15, 1962, in Buckhannon, at St. Joseph Hospital to the late Eugene and Joan Markley Cochran.

He is survived by his dog Gator, four sisters; Charlotte Payne of O’Fallon, Missouri, Jeannie (husband Dick Collett) of Dailey, Pam (husband Bill Deem) of Clarksburg , Barbie Cochran of Belpre, Ohio, and one brother; Mark Cochran of Beverly.

Carl graduated from Elkins High School in Elkins in 1980. He went to work for S.S. Joe Burford Coal Co. In 1991, he went to work for Adrian Steel. He worked at three of their plants; Adsco in Lordstown, Ohio, Adrian Equipment in Flint, Michigan, and Adrian Steel of Missouri, till present time, as the shop foreman. Carl loved the outdoors; hunting, fishing and digging ginsing and ramps. He liked going to flea markets with his brother and sisters. Carl will be remembered as a loving, trusted and loyal brother, uncle and great-uncle.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 16, from 4 – 6 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home in Warrenton, Missouri. The memorial service will begin at 6 p.m., also at the funeral home. A second memorial service will be held in Elkins on Memorial Day weekend.
