Barbour County hosting fall activities

Hello from Barbour County! The first quarter of school is over already, and we’ve already seen our first frost of the year. October is almost gone. Time sure does fly!

I have some exciting news! The Barbour County Playhouse was once a productive organization which got together and performed many skits and plays throughout the years. They are now under new leadership, and after many years, they are making a debut! Roles are in the process of being cast for the play, “Yes, Virginia, There Is a Santa Claus.” There are still some spots that need to be filled, and if you are interested, feel free to contact, totaled@k12.wv.us, or plbowersphilippimayor@outlook.com.

Production dates will be Dec. 15 and 16.

Hopefully, this will be the first of many to come, and the Covered Bridge Playhouse will continue on!
