Tigers lost!

The Elkins Tigers who were ranked third in AAA high school football, lost to a powerful Bridgeport team by a score of 37 to 14 on Friday. Elkins could get nothing going in the game Friday night as they played in front of a huge crowd. One of the highlights was Landau Eugene Murphy Jr. singing The National Anthem at the start of the game. I gave him a Forest Festival T-shirt and an EHS T-shirt. I am going to see Landau perform Saturday night at Harper McNeeley Auditorum on the campus of D&E College at 8 p.m.
