Vocal group of the year went to Little Big Town. Jason Aldean performed his hit single "Take A Little Ride." Kelly Clarkson and Vince Gill sang "Baby Don't Rush." Male vocalist of the year went to Blake Shelton. It was presented by Martina McBride. Kenny Chesney performed "Come Over." The female vocalist of the year went to Miranda Lambert. Musical event of the year went to Kenny Chesney and Tim McGraw for their hit song "Feel Like A Rock Star." A tribute went out to Willie Nelson with Lady Antebellum singing "You Were Always On My Mind." Faith Hill and Tim McGraw sang "She's a Good Hearted Woman." Willie Nelson sang "On The Road Again."
