The Great Khali came to the ring with Natalya in a match against David Otunga. The Great Khali got the win. He danced with Natalya in the ring after the win. The nominees for Superstar of the year were Sheamus, John Cena, Big Show and C.M. Punk. The special guest presenter was the Nature Boy, Ric Flair. The Slammy for Superstar of the Year 2012 was John Cena. After the announcement, he gave the slammy award to WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair. Then C.M. Punk and Paul Heyman came out. Flair came to the ring struting his stuff to the fans of Philly to face Punk. Punk is still recovering from knee surgery. Punk said he could beat Flair with one leg. Punk used the crutch on 16-time champion Flair. He hooked the Figure 4 leg lock on Paul Heyman. The Trio The Shield came down to the ring. Team Hell No, Daniel Bryant and Kane came in to help Flair. One of the Shield did a triple powerbomb on Flair until Ryback came out and settled the score by throwing Seth Rollins on the announcers table.

Brodus Clay, the Funkasaurus, with his funkadactayls, Cameron and Naomi, came out in a match against J.T.G.The headbut, then the big splash got them the win .

Santino Marella and Tensai presented the Slammy for L.O.L. Moment of the Year. The nominees were The Rock, Team Hell No, Randy Orton and Vickie Guerrero. The winner for L.O.L. Moment of the Year was The Rock.

Cody Rhodes faced Sin Cara. Sin Cara got caught with the crossrhodes of Cody to get the win.
