Most people wouldn't want to work at the Sharpe Hospital. The population consist of rapist, murderers, child molesters and people who suffer from mentally illness. Working there means you are exposed to AIDS and other diseases, which are not disclosed to the workers unless there was a possibility that you were exposed by being bitten, scratched, spit on or by some other method. It's not a pleasant place to work.
