Somebody should start up a Habitat of Humanity Branch for Barbour Co. It is not a hand out, it is a hand up. A small mortgage payment, that includes taxes and insurance with no interests. All the perspective homeowners have to do is qualified financially and be willing to put in 350 to 500 hours working at new home sites and live in substantard housing or overcrowded conditions. It would be a great thing for Barbour Co.
