If we had good 'investigative journalists' like their used to be in the past...THIS would be something that would be coming out for the public to know. Of course this 'reeks' of punishment for squealing on the DHHR's mismanagement of tax dollars and now they're apparent pay-back to those who did the right thing. I know of someone honest enough to have told DHHR worker after Sandy storms that she only lost around $50 dollars worth of food and that 'dishonest' worker kept attempting to tell her that if she just stated $200 dollars and sign the paper...she could get her full $200 again for the month after Governor Tomblin allowed our tax dollars to reimburse people on foodstamps/welfare for lost food during storms. Only stupid people would actually expect people to tell the truth or the workers to be honest also. The dishonesty and fraud and deceit in govt agencies is appalling and worse today than ever before. The working person gets ripped off constantly because of it.
