PTA leader arrested for embezzlement

Like Purple Haze says, alot of people here like to steal. But when you betray the trust of Parents and Teachers, you are crossing the line. Is there a God???

folks, seems like people in elkins & area like to steal. theft is theft whether its a bar of candy or pk of cigs. One after another is caught stealing (courthouse to funeral home to old peoples money). Now what gripes me is that the county commissioners office has sanctioned the tax assessor to assess property and homes more than they are worth. This is "stealing" from the citizens but nothing happens. If you contest it and they roll it back, nothing happens to this office. But they were caught! I don't want to beat a dead horse here but as you can see, times are bad here. People are taking drastic measures to survive. We have some that are allowed to do it and some that are fired and prosecuted for it?? Can the IM or you all shed any light on this and make me understand the differiences???
