Got to agree with Tomblin on this one. Stop wasting money on these so-called programs to stop drug abuse. You can't help anyone who doesn't want help. These programs have the worst failure rates of anything we spent our tax dollars on. Pedophiles get out of "rehab" and do same thing again; drug addicts get out and go right back to same habits. More spending of our money is NOT the answer. Only those on the left always think throwing away more money is the answer to every problem. If that truly worked---all problems would have been solved decades ago. At least Tomblin 'appears' to understand how stupid raising taxes on people for this stupid idea is and how terribly dumb dipping into the 'rainy day fund' would be! Of course those who work in those 'organizations' that try and fail to help drug addicts for decades would like this money! They have ulterior motives....it's 'their' business and they want more money. They're looking out for 'their' best interest. Money doesn't equ
