Will somebody please proof these articles before printing them? This one reads like the articles printed from court hearings - paragraphs just start in the middle of a story.

Lets hope that the three hires aren't trying to join a gang with cool uniforms and that they can drive without trashing two vehicles. Elkins might be able to start paying enough to attract quality officers if the don't keep having to replace Durangos.
