When trash like this applies for Welfare ... then the state should turn off the baby making factory!

It's as plain as the nose on your face theese people don't need any children they can't enen take care of themselves without rideing the welfare train & they even abuse it. They need to have their baby making machines turned off. as well as every welfare train rider.

It is of my opinion that the parents of this little girl be convicted of capital murder and executed. If they harmed this little girl in anyway which looks like someone did, they should pay the ultimate penalty. This is a wakeup call to the Welfare (DHHR)> look at what you have caused. This is terrible! So terrible I tremble everytime I look at this little girls picture. What could she have done to cause her bruises and disappearance? The FBI needs to extract the truths out of these parents. There are ways to do it.

The DHHR doesn't care. It's all about keeping people on welfare to give them job security. When you have a government agency that shows people how to stay on and collect welfare, there's something seriously wrong. I don't understand how it took a year and a half for the courts to decide these people were unfit to be parents. Who knows what horrors the rest of the kids sufferend during that time. I wouldn't be surprised to find out that the little girl was sold to someone out of state to support their drug habit. The welfare system as we know it needs to go away. It only serves to create the underbelly of American society and the most immoral people on the planet.

There's other ways to help the needy rather than trapping them in a system designed to greate the next generation of recipients.
