Ridiculous! So, who was the guard that didn't put on the handcuffs correctly? Probably will never know!!! His job should be on the line!

They are correctional officers not jailors. Sounds like to me they need retrained on how to secure a prisoners.

"He went to use the restroom and was able to abscond out of one of his handcuffs," Brady said Thursday morning. "He still had one handcuff on and ran down the steps away from the jailer. At this time he's still on the lam." .... really Brady? ... perhaps he escaped from a handcuff, then abscoded from the courthouse?
