Wow, what a powerful message...well said and directly to the point. Maybe this will be the wake-up call needed to open the eyes of those who serve as TCAA board members to quit complaining and finding fault with each other who serve in the same capacity. Why not always focus your full time attention on fulfilling your managerial responsibilities in providing the best EMS service possible for the citizens of Tucker County. The key to this success was well stated: Don’t let hidden agendas and self-serving actions by the disgruntled (inside or outside the organization) distract you from your primary objective.
