Good riddance. It is a shame that they are going to re-open in Weston. There is nothing 'hip' about these products and "just trying to make a living" is no excuse to promote them whether state law has caught up to them or not.

After the oridance passed, the only person who came out in opposition of the ordinance was the owner of the building. She said it was unfair that property owners be held responsible for what their renters done, without proof the property owner was aware of drugs being sold on the property.

Don't you find it a bit coincidence that this woman gave the owners of the Hippy Shop their walking papers, and forced them to move out, after coming out in opposition of the ordinance if she knew nothing about her tennants activities?

Her actions indicate she was fully aware of her tennant's activities, and did not care that they were selling drugs out the front door of the store. You would think she could see the relationship between Hippy and Drugs since they go hand in hand. I guess anything for a buck rules the day.
