What, you're not paying attention. This from Politico just the other day:

"A second appeals court has joined the D.C. Circuit in ruling that President Barack Obama’s recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board were unconstitutional, concluding that some board actions taken in the wake of those appointments were also invalid."

There's lots more, so start paying closer attention, please.

What, no it is not a tragedy. He is driven by the desire to change America. He took an oath to uphold the Constitution, and he's broken that oath repeatedly. Call it scandal or call it criminal, but it definitely is not tragedy.

What, I think you need to amend your statement. Obama isn't coming clean, and the fact that he's concealing something suggests that it's wrong. He's also falsely trying to blame Congress for poor security, and the administration says there wasn't enough time to send in help, which is false on its face. Nobody knew how long the attack would go on.

Obama's hiding a lot. We just need to find out what it is.

What, why don't you tell all of us exactly what Obama did the evening of Sept. 11 and the morning of Sept. 12, 2012? (You can skip the day of Sept. 12, we already know Obama was campaigning in Nevada.)

And when you've told us, then explain how that was not derelication of duty? Obama is, after all, commander of the U.S. military.

Tell us, please.
