If not disabled and fully capable of 'working'; all welfare recipients should be 'required' to 'work' before receiving their foodstamps. Make them get up same as everyone else in the mornings; get ready to work and send them out to pick up trash along roads, paint and clean the schools in summer; clean the parks, etc..... Once those who are lazy and won't work see that they will still have to 'earn' their welfare benefits.........they'll figure out that they may as well get a REAL job if they have to work like they have one and then they'll want to collect a better paycheck rather than work for less under the govt dole!!! THAT IS HOW YOU FIX lazy folks' problem and the govt's bloated entitlement programs!!! That way...ONLY those disabled, ill, and truly in NEED receive the benefits!

If I had seen as much that isn't there as you have I would be worried.

I would never disagree that our criminal justice system is a dismal failure (although I doubt we have the same opinion why it is). What what does that have to do with rehab? Unless you have some serious money it is next to impossible to get into a drug rehab in West Virginia. When people can get into rehab when they need it it certainly has a better outcome than just putting nonviolent drug users in prison where they learn to become violent out of necessity.

Your description of welfare is nonsense since there is now a five year lifetime limit on collecting welfare. You may begrudge giving your neighbors a hand when they hit a bad patch but if you are jealous of their lifestyle I pity you. I wouldn't want to try to live on public assistance. Most people that use it do so briefly and end up being more productive in the long run because it prevents them from going so deep in the hole that they can't recover.

Fraud should be prosecuted and if you know of anyone committing fraud you should report it. Disability is not the same thing as welfare and is not as easy to get as you claim. I just assumed that there was jealousy since you seem to say that people living on assistance are better off than you. Maybe you have just been overstating your opinion. Blowing things out of proportion can dilute your valid points.

And What stated recently that Obamacare was FREE.....oops. Guess it's NOT! Co-pays and deductibles up to over 10,000 dollars before they'll even pay makes Obamacare three times MORE EXPENSIVE than private insurance.
