I already see holes in their laughable so called 'intelligence' of the city officials. It's really just plain common 'arrogance' without any signs of intelligence or common sense attached. Talked to a lawyer....not going to hold up. WHO defines "what's junk aka useless debris???" All one has to do is "prove" the 'use' they will have for that so called 'junk' and they've already won their case!! I guess all the city officials combined doesn't add up to the lowest of IQ or they would have recognized that 'one persons' junk is another persons "useful" item of 'purpose.' It's getting easier and easier to spot the less intelligent among us; just listen to a city official. Pfft! Laughing 'at' them.

I wish they would expand this county wide. We have a family on Lee Glass road that has nothing but junk and trash piled high on their porch and junk scattered all over the yard.Their gross disregards reflect on property values of the neighborhood. They were confronted by a neighbor only to make matters worse. We do need laws to stop this type of garbage pits within Upshur County.
