If you want to save millions of dollars, make all recipients take random drug test. If they test positive, boot their ass off welfare. Why should we have to pay for their drug habits? I'd be willing to bet at lease 60% of the people on welfare use drugs. The next way to save money is put them to work earning their benefits. Make them work with the DOH picking up trash, cutting brush or patching roads. Not only would this save the state money, it would go a long way in reducing health issues in people who sit around and get so fat and lazy they have to use the electric carts at WalMart to get around the store. Since WV is known as the welfare state, is it any wonder we lead the country in obesity and diabetes. All they do is eat, sleep and pop out more kids for the rest of us to support. Force them to earn their money and dependency will go down and the state will save millions.

DHHR has same problems all other govt entities have; they're being run by incompetent idiots that have always worked in deadbeat govt jobs. Clean house; fire them all; replace. NO ONE should be allowed to stay in a govt job that long; too much "you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours" takes place after a while. So fire their 'good friends' and keep replacing.
