The courts around here have been slamming these people lately and I don't disagree. I doubt that that will really turn the tide though. My guess is that it will be like the crack epidemic in D.C. during the 80's. They died off quickly and the problem subsided. Darwin could have predicted it.

Another truly sad story among far too many. I couldn't agree more that it needs to stop. Why anyone would play with that poison is beyond my comprehension.
