If you don't know who the shooter is, and the shooter is still on the loose ... how can you say the public is not in danger?

Cyclops, the small town gossip goes two ways (neither of which are confirmed so I won't bother sharing,) but neither theory is a crazed gunman or malicious shooting.

Cyclops, There is no danger to the public because it was an isolated incident and there were only two people involved and the police knows who both parties are they just have not made any arrest until the incident can be accessed and they figure out what really took place!!

Well at least identifying the victim shouldn't be too tough. If I had to place a bet I would just look in the obituaries.
