One man was killed and 23 people were injured when a tourist train was struck by a log truck on Cheat Mountain in southern Randolph County Friday afternoon....

Horsewagled, you sound anti-police. The fact that it was obvious the truck ran into the train and night the other way around means the train was already in the crossing....meaning the truck did not stop. This is not CSI. It was a tragic accident, one which we will never really know what happened to the driver.

The junk crossing lights being on means nothing after a crash. These cops need fired for jury tampering which is exactly what they are doing.

WHEN did the lights come on COPS??? Geez how pathetic the railroads train these cops to be clueless.
