I remember exactly where I was, I was 6 years old at the time, they released us from school,we walked to school back then, they did not tell us at school what had transpired, when I got home my Mom was crying and she told me what had happened, I was too young to understand the fall out that would come from this awful act of violence, but in years that followed this was certainly a tragedy that changed the nations course in many ways.
