Yeah and the Intermountain like all the news media outlets today aren't being totally 'transparent' either! Otherwise they'd REPORT on Obama's 'secret' changes made in 2009 to the FOIA (Freedom of Information ACT!) In a move that went little noticed in 2009, the White House quietly amended portions of the Freedom of Information Act, making it more difficult for Americans to request public documents for review.

364 days a year, the government hides its activities from us through executive sessions and closed door meetings where the press and the public are kept out, and one day out of the year they come clean on what they've been doing? If you believe that, I have this bridge in Brooklyn I'd like to sell you. How naïve can some people be? If you're looking for transparency from the Obama administration, grab a chair and plenty of food and drink because you're in for a very long wait. I doubt we'll ever know the evil this man has been up to 50 years from now.

It's a nice thought, but the only sunshine we'll ever see are the rays blown up our butts by the politicians. We could have an open government if we didn't have a media that was bought and paid for by the politicians. The media has the power to make it happen, but they won't.

Secrecy in government is one of the evils that newspapers have always fought against.

Well, at least until the past 5 or 6 years that is!

Apparently today there are NO newspapers anywhere that cares about Government 'secrecy.' After all, they kept repeating this administrations' mantra word-for-word on a daily basis. And I didn't hear any of them asking tough questions/demanding answers and accountability over Benghazi, or over Obamacare in 2008-through today! What a JOKE media is today! The people don't believe their govt officials anymore NOR the media that protects them!
