Some use a gun, others a knife, and still others, a car. However, if his case goes before a certain Randolph County judge, a slap on the wrist, a night in jail, and he'll be good to go out and do it all over again. Where's Judge Roy Bean Jr. when you need him?

The judge's actions and behavior evidently did not speak louder than her words ... she is still on the bench!

I can tell you now he won't get anything. Time served and community corrections. Judge needs to learn that words mean nothing and actions speak louder than words. She bought what he said. A boy is dead and I don't think he has learned a anything.
