If they would stop creating jobs for their friends and relatives (IE: The CVB, they wouldn't have budgetary shortfalls. What the heck does Buckhannon need with a visitor's bureau? Other than the Pringle Tree, there's not much else around there to see, other than the game farm, and that's clearly marked on the signs coming into town. The CVB is a monumental waste of money that could be used to fix streets and do other projects around town.

The city needs to get their head out of the Create Buckhannon's butt and start doing what needs to be done. The streets in town are a total mess, and have been for several years. They have the most irresponsible bunch of bozos on the city council I have ever seen in Buckhannon. They waste money on idiotic projects that could have been used to upgrade projects of value to the town as a whole, rather than catering to their friends and relatives. Davidson is the worst mayor they ever had.
