There's nothing to wait on, the governor of Nevada already cleared that up. You are like all liberals. You think YOUR version of the truth is all there is, no matter how much proof you have to the contrary. Oh well, keep your nose to Obama's butt. I guess you have grown accustomed to the stench.

I'll wait for comments on all the court proceedings that clearly identify the land in question as belonging to the United States. As for the conspiracy theory of "Obama's judicial system", Judge Lloyd George was appointed to the District Court of Nevada in 1984 by Saint Ronnie. I guess Obama conspired with Reagan back then huh? Unbelievable!

Rather than say the maps are not free, it is noted that there are free aerial photos but lack any detail as those you can purchase. And even simply going there how does one find a specific ranch owned by a specific person?

Case 2:12-cv-0804-LDG-GWF US District Court District of Nevada United States of America vs Cliven Bundy confirms Bundy violated a court order to remove his herd from Federal land. Noted in case file are other cases that Bundy had lost. Judge ordered removal of herd. Fact. As for aerial photos, they must be purchased and not available for viewing on the Internet for free. Therefore your suggestion "located on the BLM's website" is pure BS. You went to a wingnut website, saw an aerial photo that was probably doctored with photoshop, and bought it hook, line, and sinker. Unbelievable!

Contrary to what you may think, almost 20% of Nevada belongs to the state of Nevada and private individuals. The land Bundy was grazing on just happens to belong to the state, not the BLM. So, the only grazing fees owed by the Bundys would go to the state, not the federal government. According to the maps located on the BLM's website, the land Bundy grazed his cattle on is not BLM land, even though they claim it is. The Department of the Interior also shows the property outside federal jurisdiction. Even if they did graze their cattle on public land, what right does it give them to kill Bundy's cattle? If it was about the money, why didn't they sell the cattle instead of shooting them to settle the debt? If what they were doing was legal, there was no need to kill the cattle.

Any way you slice it, your buddies in Washington are little more than domestic terrorist, and should be made to compensate the Bundys for their cattle.

The fed land in Nevada cost $15 million back in the day. The stste of Nevada did not pay for that. Just like area 51, all national parks and forests. Should lumber companies be allowed to deforest fed land? They do but they pay fees just like Bundy should because it is for private gain. Same goes for oil companies who drill on fed property. Bundy is taking and you support that.

Do you go to church and use public roads to get there? Do you have electric provided by power lines that cross both public and private property owned by others? Phone service that's provided in the same manner? How about when you buy grocery or clothing? Did you pay for those roads leading to the stores that also use electricity? Did you pay for all that on your own? Taxpayers have been paying for uninsured for quite some time and you have problem with present. Research disproportionate share hospital payments.

So you accuse someone of lying simply because you say so and expect others to believe what you say about yourself? In order to prove a lie you first must prove the truth. Court cases say land is Federal. Prove that wrong and not simply believing what Nevada officials simply say. How do I know what you say about yourself is true? I don't answer questions about myself because I don't expect anyone to simply believe what I say. See how that works?

Um, let's see, I have no children, so not child credit, I have no mortgage, so no mortgage credits, and I never took a dime of student loans or any other government assistance money, never been on welfare my entire life, and ran a business for 30 years, paid my home off in 10 years, and I get up at 5AM each day, head to work at 5:30 and work to whenever each day. Some days, my day doesn't end until ten or eleven o'clock, and I am on call 24/7, which means I can be, and often is called out at 2AM.

I don't have the luxury of having all my bills paid, my clothes bought for me and my wife, my groceries paid for by someone else, my medical bills paid, and all the other perks I foot the bill for, while some lazy, good for nothing, government drone sleeps till the crack of noon, gets up, goes hunting and fishing, while I work my ass off masking a living. Yeah, I am more than a bit upset over the present system. Now, are you on the take? How much of my money is spent on you each year?

" the ones that wont work"

You mean "those prople"? Do you wotk since you appear to have idle time to personally meet all those people and know they wont work. Child credit=welfare thru tax code. Mortgage credit=housing subsidy thru tax code. Educational savings drduction=education subsidy thru tax code. Bunch of deadbeat welfare recipients out there receiving some form of help thru tax code. How many do you take?

"Obama's judicial system"

There are 3 branches of gov't according to the constitution. The judicial is separate from the executive which is headed by Obama. You're flailing now and obviosly do not understand the constitution.

When I say deadbeats, I mean the ones who are able to work and won't. And I didn't not say you said they were lying, I ask you if that was what you were saying. I don't have to prove the judicial system wrong, it does it to itself all the time. Unlike you, I don't take what anyone in this administration, or Obama's judicial system as the truth. When you have them in your pocket, or scared half to death of you, it's not hard to get any ruling you like. Obama and his minions have lied so often, I take everything they say with a grain of salt until I know better. So far, just about everything he's said was an outright lie. If Obama was Pinocchio, we'd have enough wood to build a fence around the equator.

Sandoval "said so". Are you "the decider"© of what someone says is truth? Listen to yourself. Prove the judicial system is wrong. I'll wait.

I could care less what Sandoval said. The court proceedings say otherwise. Please refrain from putting words on me such as I'm saying someone is lying. Those are your words. Funny that Bundy paid fees for 10 years until 1994 and now claims otherwise. Juat another "deadbeat". When referring to "welfare deadbeats" realize some are children and seniors. Could be your neighbors mom.

cundgulag, and I say again, the land in question belongs to the state of Nevada, not the feds. The governor of Nevada said Bundy's grazing fees were paid to date. An assembly woman produced photos of Bundy's cattle that was shot and buried by the BLM. Now, I suppose those people are liars. Is that what you're saying?

What possible reason would these people have for lying? Next question. Why was there no media at the house when the 20 agents first went there? Why was more agents, SWAT teams, all sorts of firepower, and the mysteriously invisible media down the road waiting for what? A blood bath to begin? This whole affair stinks from the inside out, and I would bet the farm that old Harry Reid is in it up to his ears. I suggest you stop and think on this one. Nothing is as this administration wants it to appear. You may want to ask yourself why Reid said on national TV that this isn't over yet. What possible interest would he have other than lining his own pockets?

The land is controlled by BLM. Bundy has lost every case United States vs Bundy for past 20 years. Why hasn't what you claim been brought forward if it's true? Simple it is not. Others have tried same and others have been fined and imprisoned for contempt. You need to prove the truth before you accuse lies. My truth is in court cases.

cundgulag, let's put everything else aside for a moment. Are you actually going to tell me that a Nevada Assembly Woman and the governor of Nevada both lied about the Bundys? I certainly hope you are intelligent enough not to take the word of this administration on anything.

Bundy was charged in court with simple trespass. No need to steal anything once again. Judge ordered roundup of cattle. Court orders require compliance otherwise it is contempt.

The Constitution clearly allows for the taking of private property. There is no reason to steal. Is the sun stronger on Bundy property? Your tale makes no sense since there is more than enough government owned property in sunny Nevada to accomodate numerous solar farms.

Mr. Gilbert, are you really as ignorant as you appear to be? Can you be that misinformed as to think the Bundy issue is some kind of rightwing conspiracy? First off, it has been shown that Harry Reid has his fingers in this, and is tied to a communist Chinese company wanting to put a solar farm on Bundy's land. The governor of Nevada already came out and told the media that not only was Bundy's grazing fees paid, they also showed that the lands Bundy used belongs to the State of Nevada, not the Bureau of Land Management.

It was later shown that the feds not only stole Bundy's cattle, they killed them. If they were worried about grazing fees, why did they kill all of Bundy's cattle, unless they wanted him out of business? It was further shown that the 20 agents that showed up at Bundy's ranch were all "New Hires", and all the time other group of federal agents were staged a few miles away, waiting for the slaughter than never happened.

I was suspicious about this from the beginning. Why? There was not one media hound in sight. Where were they? Down the road with the real raiding party, just waiting to make out the people who came to Bundy's defense look like a bunch of righwing zealots itching for a fight.

The second group of feds had several swat teams, a considerable amount of logistics, and the media in tow, none of which was at the Bundy ranch. Ole Reid and his cohorts were willing to sacrifice 20 new federal agents in order to steal Bundy's property. That's how far the left is willing to go to get what they want, and I did not get my information off Fox news or any other media outlet. GO to the BLM's website and look at the aerial maps of Bundy's property that are month's old. They show the property they wanted. I suggest you wake up son, because your leftwing buddies in Washington are nothing more than a bunch of leftwing thieves. If I were you, I find the truth because you could be next.
