The bride is the daughter of Richard Shifflett and late Belva Shifflett of Elkins. She is employed by the Huttonsville Correctional Center and Mama’s Kitchen.
The groom is the son of William J. and Barbara Arbogast of Elkins. He is employed by Office Products Inc.
They are the parents of two daughters, Jamie White and husband, Tyler, and Sara Arbogast, both of Elkins, and Jack Neubauer and wife, Heather, of Clarksburg. They have three grandchildren, Jade, Trevor and Alex Neubauer.
After a honeymoon in Myrtle Beach, S.C., they reside in Elkins.
