The bride is the daughter of Fernie Nicolas of Hawaii and Feliza V. Nicolas of the Philippines. She has a bachelor of science degree in development communication.
The bridegroom is the son of Macie Tenney of Tallmansville and the late Lloyd Tenney. He is currently serving as president of the Upshur County Commission.
